VILLAGE TRIP FROM MARMARIS, ICMELER AND TURUNC
Soon you will realize that Marmaris town is a holiday resort which has got nothing in common with Turkey and Turkish traditions. Some people just dont mind, but as opposition some are here for that reason. Aiming to sea and learn more about the countries they visit. So village trip is here to help.
So luckyly Marmaris is surrounded with small villages with nomadian living style yet. And we have organised an excursion for that reason. Showing you more about real Turkish life.
Real culture of Turkey
Step far off the beaten track as you’re invited by host families to experience the real culture of Turkey. Homestays, tiny villages, home-cooked banquets, hidden histories, This vacation reveals an unforgettable warmth that matches Marmaris’s beautiful landscapes and exotic grandeur. Experience the authentic culture of the country with intimate stops to drink tea with villagers, hang out with families, and explore lifestyles unchanged for centuries.
The day starts with picking you up from your accomodation with an airconditioning bus. The distance to the first village is about 20 min’s drive. And between the rest of the villages is approximately the same time. Its not a lot of travelling you should know. We spent most of the time in the villages, visiting houses, geting in touch with people and learning more about their daily life. The lunch will be given in one this villages.
On our way are some naturel places like the Turgut Waterfall where you get in the water if you wish, and Jesus Beach which is a naturel sand bank forming a path in the sea where you can walk pretending walking accros the water and etc.
A lot to picture,a lot to memorise from that beatifull day.
