MARMARIS RAFTING TRIP
White water rafting is in Dalaman river, which is in 2(two) hours driving distance from Marmaris. Rafting track is 14km’s and lasts for 3(three) hours on water. Rafting has gradually been growing in popularity since the mid-1970s because of its incomparable level of excitement. But despite the increase in popularity, the sport is also famous for its high-risk level and everyone who wants to participate in needs to familiarise with the sport.

There should also be some kind of training that one needs to go through before successfully attempting the class-one rafting. This means that before trying out the higher levels of white water rafting (which carry a much bigger risk), you ought to consider training and having some kind of experience. Marmaris rafting trip day starts at 07:30 with picking you up from your accomodation. Half an hour after the departure we stop for breakfast. Lunch will be in the end of the day. also included in the price. Both meals are in the price. After a few lessons how to behave in the boat and what to do incase you drop in the water, the journey slowly starts. On every boat is one proffesional guide, real masters of the habitat.
Between the rapids, slipping on tranquil waters, time slips away listening to the birds’ songs in the stillness of the atmosphere. At the end of the 3 hours, you will pass below an ancient bridge which gives its name to the village of Akkopru. At this moment you may throw yourself to the waters and let it carry you. Fun rapids running around the boulders, drops and waves, best gear, best guides, best food… No experience is required if you are 14 and plus with no health problems you can enjoy the Dalaman river with us.
The Requirements for a Proper and Successful Rafting Expedition
A successful rafting expedition requires teamwork, which means that you and team the basic skills required before undertaking your first expedition. Regular practice is a key since it will give you the skill and stamina to manoeuvre the double-bladed paddles through the entire rough course without losing it in the process. This extreme sport also requires a skilled and experienced guide poised at the stern to steer the raft. The guide is accomplished and will try their level best to keep the team safe all the way to their destination.
Some basic training is also required so as to ensure that you are fully prepared for Marmaris rafting trip, especially if you are inexpert. The good news is that there are plenty of places where you and your team can receive basic rafting training before hitting the unforgiving waters for the adrenaline rush.

NOTE:Your safety is our prior duty. Thats why you have to obey our rules with no exception. Age limit is 15 years old and chidren between 15-18 years old has to have written permittion from their parents. People with heart problems, with astma, recently operated and with walking disability are not able to do rafting.
